Tony started playing guitar in High School and at 17 formed his first band playing original songs. He later played at Café Rock in Azteca near Mexico City. He also played in Puerto Vallarta before coming to Playa del Carmen in 2000. Since arriving in Playa del Carmen he has played with Bradley James, Deja-vu and Mojo Zone, Quarzo, and Michael Grady.

Tony joined The Nasty Bastards in November of 2006 replacing Carlos Medina on bass before taking the spot at lead guitar. Besides playing with the Nasty Bastards, Tony plays with the band Venus y Los Malandros and occasionally with La Piel.

Tony's still hasn't quit his day job, working as an iron worker and welder when he is not playing guitar.
